Responsibilities:
The Provider Liaison  serves as a vital bridge between healthcare providers, patients, and the organization. In this dynamic role, the liaison helps facilitate clear communication, resolves issues, and ensures a seamless diagnostic experience for all stakeholders. 
  • Growing and retaining existing clinicians’ accounts. 
  • Follow up on all new accounts and potential new account inquiries with the goal of receiving cases from each provider.
  • Updating and reporting to Versant sales leadership and Dahl-Chase Leadership.
  • Addressing Inquiries: Provider Liaisons at Versant Diagnostics respond to questions from healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams, offering accurate information about diagnostic services, results, and protocols.
  • Facilitating Problem Resolution: Whether handling patient concerns, supporting laboratory staff, or troubleshooting provider requests, liaisons play a critical role in resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Coordinating Services: Help schedule appointments, manage test orders, and ensure timely delivery of lab results, all while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Documenting Interactions: Every communication is meticulously recorded to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the quality of service.
  • Educating Stakeholders: Provider Liaisons inform healthcare professionals about new diagnostic offerings, updates to protocols, and available technologies, supporting Versant’s mission to advance patient care.
  • Promoting Satisfaction: The primary goal is to foster trust and satisfaction among providers and patients alike, strengthening the reputation of Versant Diagnostics.
